Discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, except free shipping (where applicable). Discount applies to Eyely merchandise only, excluding rug pads and clearance items, and cannot be applied toward shipping and handling charges, taxes or other fees. Discount has no cash value, is nontransferable, will not be replaces if lost or stolen, and cannot be auctioned or sold. No cash/credit back. Clearance and final-sale merchandise are excluded from promotional pricing, unless specifically stated; other exclusions may apply. Advertised prices and promotions are subject to change and are subject to state, provincial, and local taxes and fees.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated shipping times are located on each product page. Please note that these are only estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer’s availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a new shipment date. At that time, you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise due to any back up in production. If there is a problem, we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your items within 15 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please contact us HERE and we will issue a prepaid UPS label. If your item was sent via freight, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and contact us HERE to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
Rugs: Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, shad and overall rug size (up to 5% in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect.
Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other features are provided by the manufacturer; Eyely assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.
Credit Cards: In the event of a disputed credit card charge, which is ultimately found to have been legitimate or which otherwise finds, in whole or in part, in favor of Eyely, the customer shall be responsible for all attorneys’ fees and costs borne by Eyely. The terms of any purchase from or dispute with Eyely shall be governed by California law, and any litigation arising out of such dispute shall be brought in the State of California, County of Los Angeles, in the district governing the City of Los Angeles.
