Shipping

All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 2 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Other oversized items travel via freight carriers which may result in extended processing and delivery times. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require a signature for delivery. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as “white glove delivery.” Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent. Please note that during promotional periods it may take longer for your item to ship.

Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

Returns

RETURNS: We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide a pre-paid label to return the item(s). Once the item(s) are returned to our warehouse, we will send you a refund for the amount paid for each item returned, minus $8 return shipping fee per each item. Pre-paid labels are only provided for customers from 48 contiguous United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories). We do not refund original shipping charges.

All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. If your item was sent via freight or white glove as indicated by an oversized or white glove charge, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return.

FINAL SALE POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All products that are for Final Sale are sold in “as is” condition with no guarantees or warranties, either expressed or implied. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any Final Sale purchases.

DAMAGES: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and fill out the form HERE to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
